Project TenMultimediaTo go to the websites, please click on the images. Ozones is a great site, even though the page layout does not make the reading easy. I found out many types of multimedia. This site offers, images, code and tutorials. There was a lot of work put in to create this site and it is wonderful to see how much is available. There is also a mailing list to which anyone can subscribe and get the latest information. I think it is worth taking some time and browse through the various pages. There are several links to websites created by Ozones.
This site gives you the opportunity to download ThingViewer. It takes a while even though they say 2 minutes on a 28.8 modem. This websites has a totally different feel than the first one. I like the page layout and the simplicity and clarity of this website. There is so much to see and learn. The only inconvenience is that you are ask to download quite a few things and you have to be a member to get to see more of the interesting features. they have plenty of items, as screensavers that can be downloaded. I enjoy the fact they ask for our comments about what we see. as it is written on the opening page: Don't just sit there - start experiencing!
Eidos is a company that makes computer games. I have come to know about it through my family that loves to play the Lara Croft games. The latest news about their games, newsgroups and all you need to know about are listed. Personally, this site is to crowed for me and too much to scan. I still think it is good example of what interactive multimedia can offer. If you know what game you are looking for and you want to download a demo, this site is great.
This site is one of my favorite. It might take a while to download the whole, but it is worth waiting. All the element found in multimedia performance has been used to create this site. But while you are waiting for it to get ready, it gives a lot of information. The people who have created this site have no limit to their imagination! I really recommend this site! |
