Career Goals

1. What do you want to do?

I would like to be in a position which will allow me to be in constant contact with the Internet. My goal is to become self-employed as a graphic designer and a web designer and have consulting contracts.

2. Who do you want to work for?

I would preferably be self-employed but would not mind to start as a employee of a company and work for a given project. My main interest is to design web sites of various types, incorporate graphic design to create brochures, logos, advertisement.

3. Where do you want to live and work?

My goals are to stay in Sonoma County. I enjoy this area  a lot and hope it will keep its actual freshness.

4. Which online quiz did you complete and what did you learn from it? 

I took the Self Employment for you?, the Monster quiz and the TRIMA, which conclude that I would be ready to get self-employed, but would need to get for skills for long term goals.

Portfolio Goals

5. What type of web site do you plan to create?

I plan to create a web site which would be my on-line portfolio. It  will be a self-promotion for Web Design, Art Work, Desktop Publishing. I will be using pictures showing my work, there will be links to web sites I have created. I will include class projects and an resume.

6. What types of resources will you use for your portfolio?

I will use graphics, text resume, previous projects, class projects, any studies as resources for my portfolio.

7. What resources will you use in your job search?

Mailing lists, networking, job boards, informational interviews and resume banks.
